Employee mental health plays a crucial role in workplace productivity, engagement, and overall organizational success. At Anvaya Healthcare, we offer specialized corporate mental health programs designed to help organizations create a supportive and mentally healthy work environment.
If you are a company, an HR professional, or an administrator, you undoubtedly want your employees to be healthyโnot just physically, but mentally as well. Every individual has their own unique way of life and often faces a continuous series of struggles throughout their journey. These challenges may include relationship issues, work-related stress, or financial difficulties; all of which can impact an employeeโs performance at work.
No organization would want its employees to struggle with mental health issues that adversely affect their well-being and productivity. Therefore, seeking assistance from a mental health specialist can prove to be a highly beneficial step. A professional counselor can conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to raise awareness regarding mental health and provide appropriate guidance.
Group sessions help employees gain a better understanding of mental health and foster a supportive work environment, while individual counseling offers employees the opportunity to openly discuss their personal challenges in a completely confidential setting. Through proper assessment and guidance, counselors can help employees find relief, develop coping strategies to navigate difficulties, and improve their overall well-being.
We founded Anvaya Healthcare because, time and again, we heard the same refrain from employees across various industries: โIโm fineโโwords spoken by people who were clearly anything but.
The truth is, most of us spend the majority of our waking hours at workโnowhere else. And yet, the workplace is often the very last place where people feel safe enough to open up about how they are truly feeling. Deadlines pile up. Pressures mount silently. And somewhere amidst the endless meetings and unanswered emails, people begin to feel hollow inside.
At Anvaya Healthcare, we partner with organizations that are committed to changing this reality. Not through a one-off workshop or a poster in the break roomโbut through genuine, ongoing support that ensures your people feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.
At Anvaya Healthcare, we recognize the crucial role that employee well-being plays in a thriving workplace. Thatโs why we are proud to offer comprehensive corporate mental wellness programs designed to support the mental health and overall well-being of your team.
Our corporate mental wellness programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization, whether you are a small business or a large corporation. We provide a range of services, including:
Confidential one-on-one sessions for work stress, anxiety, low mood and burnout.
Interactive sessions that help teams recognise stress and symptoms early.
Equip managers to spot distress in their teams and respond with empathy.
Access to clinical evaluation for employees who need more than counselling.
A yearly wellness calendar tailored to your headcount and budget โ not a one-off workshop.
WHY THIS MATTERS
The workplace is often the last place people feel safe enough to say how they're really doing. Deadlines pile up, pressure builds quietly.
A poster in the break room is not a program. We partner with organisations on ongoing support โ sessions, counselling and manager training.
Employees speak to our psychologists in a completely private setting. Employers receive anonymised, aggregate insight only.
Indian workplaces report some of the highest rates of work-related stress globally. The organisations that treat wellbeing as infrastructure โ not a perk โ hold on to their people.
Indian employees report symptoms of a mental health condition
Estimated annual cost of poor workplace mental health to Indian business
Return commonly reported on structured workplace wellbeing spend
Of employees say workload is their main source of stress
Employees say they’ve never told their manager they’re struggling
Employees are more likely to stay when they feel genuinely supported

FAQs
Everything HR teams usually ask before starting a workplace wellbeing program.
Cost depends on your headcount, the mix of services (EAP sessions, workshops, manager training, psychiatrist consultations) and delivery mode (on-site vs. online). Programs are typically priced per employee per year or as a fixed retainer โ share your team size using the form above and we'll send a scoped quote.
An EAP gives employees confidential access to a professional counsellor or psychologist, usually through a fixed number of sessions per employee per year. Employees can book sessions directly; employers only receive anonymised, aggregate usage data โ never individual case details.
Yes. Everything discussed in individual counselling sessions stays between the employee and the psychologist. Employers only receive high-level, anonymised insights (for example, overall stress trends) to help shape policy โ never details tied to a specific employee.

Both. We deliver in-person sessions and workshops at your office across Delhi NCR (Dwarka, Vasant Vihar, Gurugram), and offer online counselling and virtual workshops for remote or hybrid teams and for offices outside NCR.
There's no minimum headcount. We work with small teams that need occasional counselling access as well as large corporates that need a full yearly wellness calendar with workshops, EAP and manager training combined.
A typical package combines employee counselling (EAP), stress management and awareness workshops, manager training, and access to psychiatrist consultations for employees who need clinical support. Packages are modular โ you choose which of these blocks fit your organisation.
We track program-level metrics such as session utilisation, workshop attendance, and anonymised pre/post stress indicators, and share these with your HR team periodically. Organisations typically correlate this against reduced absenteeism and attrition over the following year.
