Dr. Sneha Sharma is a Consultant Psychiatrist in Delhi and the Founder of Anvaya Healthcare, with over 13+ years of experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental healthcare. She completed her MBBS and MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, where she received comprehensive training in psychiatry.

Dr. Sneha believes that mental healthcare is about much more than treating symptoms. Her approach focuses on understanding the individual behind the illness, recognizing that every person has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. She works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term emotional well-being and recovery.
