Counselling Psychologist
Ms. Ridhima Malhotra is an accomplished Counselling Psychologist with extensive training from the prestigious University of Pennsylvania and over 4 years of clinical experience across the United States and India. She brings a unique international perspective to mental health care, having worked with diverse populations in both cultural contexts.
With her M.Phil.Ed in Professional Counseling and M.S.Ed in Counseling and Mental Health Services from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, Ridhima combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches with culturally sensitive care. Her experience spans from intensive family therapy programs in New York to current practice in Delhi and Gurgaon.
Ridhima’s approach is rooted in creating safe, supportive environments where clients can explore their concerns and develop effective coping strategies. She is particularly passionate about working with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions, utilizing techniques from CBT, Person Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
