Ms. Lata Arya

Ms. Lata is a Counselling Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Trainee (RCI) who has been trained in various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as psychological assessments pertinent to different mental health conditions across the lifespan. Her professional expertise spans the treatment of mood disorders, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, phobia, social anxiety, behavioral issues, self-development and more. She has extensive training and experience in working with various Govt. hospitals and private setups. She uses an integrative model that respects each person’s uniqueness and comfort level in therapy. She is skilled in holding a safe and supporting space for her clients to share their concerns and gives empathetic, compassionate and ethical care, with the highest regard for her clients’ well-being.
