Just like the Gym is for your body, Therapy is for your Mind
Dr. Sneha Sharma
Psychiatrist, Anvaya Healthcare

BA Hons. | MA | PG Diploma, Trauma Focused Therapy
Hi, I’m Ms. Shruti Garg, a Drama and Movement Therapist, Trauma-Focused Therapist, and Queer-Affirmative Therapist at Anvaya Healthcare, Vasant Vihar. I have over 6 years of experience and hold an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy from London University, along with a PG Diploma in Trauma-Focused Therapy from TISS, Mumbai. I believe therapy does not always have to rely on words. My approach combines drama, movement, embodiment, play, imagination, body awareness, breath, grounding, and talk therapy to help people explore emotions and experiences that may be difficult to express verbally. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through individual and group therapy. I support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relational distress, neurodivergence-related challenges, life transitions, and questions around gender and sexuality. My practice is collaborative, person-centred, trauma-focused, and queer-affirmative, creating a safe space for exploration, self-awareness, and personal growth.
