MA - Psychology
Hi, I’m Ms. Archita Sobti Khan, a Counselling Psychologist and Behavioural Therapist at Anvaya Healthcare. I have over 13 years of experience in mental health and hold an MA in Psychology. Since 2012, I have worked with people across different age groups and backgrounds, providing compassionate, evidence-based psychological support tailored to their individual needs. I believe therapy is about creating a safe space where people can openly understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences without judgment. My approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and practical strategies that support emotional well-being and personal growth. I work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship and communication difficulties, trauma, work-related stress, sleep concerns, self-esteem, life transitions, and personal development. I also support older adults and families dealing with dementia and post-stroke rehabilitation. As a queer-affirmative therapist, I provide inclusive and culturally sensitive care for LGBTQ+ individuals and people from diverse backgrounds. I offer both online and in-person consultations at Anvaya Healthcare in Dwarka, Delhi, and Gurgaon.
