We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal staff
Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Provide general information about services and guide patients accordingly
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
Prior experience in reception, front desk, or healthcare setup is a plus
