Clinical Psychologist
Ms. Sanjoni is a RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist. As a clinical psychologist, she is trained to perform psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults. She is skilled in conducting IQ/DQ/Neurodevelopmental testing, as well as personality and behavioral assessments. Sanjoni is a professional life member of the Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP) and an International Affiliate of the American Psychological Association.
As a psychotherapist, Sanjoni is deeply curious about human vulnerability and views authenticity as a strength, both as a practitioner and in her patients. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a relational model, emphasizing a connection-based approach with clients. Sanjoni is attentive to clients’ inner needs, early childhood experiences, and present relationship styles. She believes that what lies beyond the textbooks can be discovered through forming a genuine connection. She continues to participate in personal psychotherapy and supervision for her ongoing personal and professional growth.
She closely works with a focus on personality traits, childhood experiences in systems and trauma focused approach. She also works with adults on the neurodivergence spectrum and has facilitated many trainings on the same.

In her integrative approach, Ms. Sanjoni combines psychodynamic-oriented psychotherapy, humanism, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and parts work. She has conducted professional training and workshops for educational and healthcare institutes, as well as multinational companies (MNCs). She was the recipient of the IJRULA Award as the Best Revolutionist in 2018 for her paper, “Societal Influence on Emotional Competence.”
