Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Anvaya Healthcare, we prioritize your mental health and well-being. To ensure that we provide the best care for all of our Patients, please read and understand our Cancellation and Refund Policy below:

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions:

  • You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without any charge.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the start time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Late Arrivals:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you arrive late for your session, please be aware that your session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule. In this case, a new appointment will need to be scheduled, and no refund will be provided for the missed session.

  • Please note: If you are running late, we encourage you to call us and inform us so we can do our best to accommodate your needs within the remaining time.

Absence on Appointment Date:

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refunds will be given for the missed session.

  • Please notify us promptly if you are unable to attend your scheduled session. We understand that emergencies happen, and notifying us as soon as possible will allow us to reschedule your appointment and potentially offer your time slot to other clients.

  • Repeated No-Shows or Cancellations: We ask that you respect our scheduling policy and make efforts to attend your sessions as planned. Continued no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions or the need to provide pre-payment for future appointments.

No-Show Policy:

  • If you miss your session without notifying us in advance, it will be treated as a no-show and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • We kindly request that you notify us promptly if you are unable to attend your session, as this will allow us to offer your time slot to other clients.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will not be issued for sessions that are canceled within the 48-hour period before the scheduled session time or for missed sessions due to late arrivals or no-shows.

  • If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

In certain exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may make accommodations at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
